SCAC Quarterly Meeting – March 17 at Phillips Market Center
The winter quarterly meeting of the South Carolina Ag Council is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 17, 2011. The meeting will focus on “National Ag Day” activities with topics like: Ag in the Classroom, Food vs. Biofuel, and Farm to School. The meeting will be held in the Philllips Market Center at the new SC State Farmers Market, 3483 Charleston Hwy (Hwy 321), West Columbia, SC 29172.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. followed by a catered lunch.
Anyone who has an interest in SC agriculture is welcome and encouraged to attend. Don’t miss this enlightening and engaging meeting.
Deadline for advanced reservations of $8 for Ag Council members is Friday March 11. Registration at the door or for non-members is $12 per person. The registration fee includes a catered lunch.
